One of the ways to make children eat rice and have the sufficient Carbohydrate?

Many children loves to eat carrot. Thanks to Bugs Bunny for Promoting carrots. Carrot rice recipe is healthy and suitable for children, adults and vegetarians.

Ingredients :
1 Cup Basmati Rice
2 Cups Plain Water
1 Big Onions chopped
1 Bay Leaf
2 Carrots – grated
Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon Oil
1 Teaspoon Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Tumeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
Red chilli Powder to taste
Fresh Cilantro leaves – chopped 

Method:
Cook Basmati Rice and mix it with butter while letting it to cool down.Heat pan with oil, add bay leaf, Onion & fry till light brown. Add grated carrots, stir lightly, mix in spice powders & salt. Stir till carrot is cooked and change to bright orange colour. Garnish with chopped fresh Cilantro leaves and serve hot.
