Ingredients:
1/4 cup Green gram flour
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder for spiciness
1/4 cup rice flour
A pinch chopped ginger
1 tablespoon curry leaves chopped finely
1 tablespoon coriander chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon table salt
3 finely chopped big onion
2 tablespoon clarified butter
A pinch baking soda
1/4 cup plain water

Method:
Heat clarified butter in deep fry pan in medium heat. Add all the ingredients above in a mixing pan and mix. Make sure the dough is not too soft and it is slightly powdery. Deep in the pan a tablespoon mixture and fry till it is golden brown. Shape and sizes are not identical as it is not recommended to lump the dough into a ball shape.

Onion can be replaced with carrot or cabbage. Onion pakora is best served during tea time.
