Solid And Nutritious Vegetable Soup As Substitute To Carbohydrate Meals

Carrot is a good source for the eyes and it contains great amount of Vitamin A. Carrot contains beta carotene and it is an anti-oxidant. Drinking carrot soup everyday will help your immune system.    

 

Ingredients

1 Organic Carrot

1 Potato

1 Big Onion

1 Bunch Celery

500 ml fresh water

½ cup Fresh Milk

1 piece butter

Salt to taste

½ teaspoon grounded pepper

 

Method

Heat up the pot and boil the water. Cut all the vegetables and cook in the hot water till tender. Then, blend the vegetables and boiled water. Next, heat up the cooking pot and stir the piece of butter. Pour in the blended vegetable with water and add in the milk. Finally add salt and pepper to the vegetable soup.
