Mango Rice recipe as snack for Healthy Vegetarian people diet

Rice is a good source of carbohydrate. Mango fruit is delicious and widely consumed by many people all over the world.
 
Ingredients :
1 Raw Green Mango
1 piece Ginger – chopped
2 Green chilli – sliced
Salt to taste
1 cup Rice – cooked
2 Teaspoon Cooking Oil
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 Curry Leaves – stem
 
Method:
Cook the Rice and it cool down. Peel the mango skin and grate it. Heat cooking oil in the pan and fry ginger, green chilies and shredded mangoes. Keep stirring till the mango is soft and cooked. Mix rice with the mango gravy and stir. Slight sugar can be added if mango is to sour.
