Yoghurt Rice Recipe for Quick lunch and Cooling Food

Yoghurt is good during sunny days as it cools down the body heat.

Ingredients:
1 cup Basmathi Rice – cooked
1 cup Fresh Plain Yoghurt
1 stem Curry Leave
1/4 Teaspoon Mustard Seed
1/4 Teaspoon Urad Dhal 
1 Dried Chilli – Cut to 3 pieces
1/4 Teaspoon Vegetable Cooking Oil
Salt to taste

Method:
Pour the oil in pan, and stir fry mustard seed, urad dhal, dried chilli and curry leaves till it is brown. Mix rice and yoghurt in separate bowl while the rice is hot. Add the stir fry items on the rice and mix it together. Finally, add salt to taste.
