Cake Ingredients
8 oz Self Rising Flour
4 eggs
7 oz castor sugar
1 Butter
Vanilla Essence
 
Method
Beat or whisk eggs together and keep aside. Beat butter and sugar together for 10 minutes. Add in the eggs together and continue beating. Add in Vanilla essence and fold in the flour.
 
Baking Method
Bake for 30 minutes. Check with tooth pick whether the cake is cooked.
 
Note:- Pre-heat the Oven 15 minutes before baking the cake

Ingredients:
Processed pineapple Jam
1 kilogram Wheat Floor
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
2 Butter
 
Method:
Sieve the floor, and include the butter while it is cold and frozen. Mix the flour with butter well and add in 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. If the is not mixed well add in more frozen butter. Cool the flour in the refrigerator for few minutes. Take it out and roll the dough on the table and use a pineapple tart cutter to cut the shape of the biscuits.

Ingredients
1 Organic Carrot – Dice it
1 Fresh Cucumber– Dice it
1 Sweet turnip– Dice it
1 Red Tomato– Dice it
1 Red Chilli – Slice it
Handful of small Coriander leaves chopped
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Sarawak pepper
1 to 2 tablespoon mayonnaise

Celery, Carrot, Tomato And Nuts Juice Recipe For A Fresh Day

I have written many recipes with fruits and for a change I am posting a recipe which consists of vegetable juice and nuts.
 
Ingredients
¼ Stalk Organic Celery
½ fresh Carrot
1 Garlic
1 Red Cherry Tomato
½ Teaspoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon chopped Roasted Almonds
1 tablespoon chopped Walnuts
2 tablespoon Honey
A pinch of salt
 
 
Method
Wash and cut celery and carrots into small pieces. Only use celery stalk with 1 or 2 leaves for juicing. Then cut the fresh cherry tomato in slices and chop the ginger into small pieces.

Ingredients:
1.5 cups of all purpose flour
3 tablespoons Van Houten cocoa or any cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon powder Cinnamon
2 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Guava Nutmeg Fruit Juice Recipe

Ingredients
2 Sweet Limes  
1 Guava (or Jambu in Malaysia)
2 Green Apple
1 Teaspoon Honey
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Nutmeg powder
1 cup water
 
Method
Cut Sweet lime into two and squeeze the juice. Extract the green apple juice using the fruit juice extractor. Remove the apple seeds before extracting the juice.
